Each centre will be allocated a unique Feedback Link, which they will email to their candidates. Candidates will use the link to provide feedback.
Each centre will also be provided an Admin Link. The centre admin can use this link to view, browse, filter and download their responses. The link can be password protected to ensure confidentiality.
As a result, centres will be able to access their results in real-time, thereby reducing their dependence on the MEPA webmaster. Centres will be able to access their (and only their own) feedback locally. This will ensure confidentiality.
Most importantly, the process of candidate registration will be totally eliminated, thereby reducing the administrative workload of the centre admins and the MEPA webmaster.
